Article 110
Amendments to Directive 2002/65/EC
In Article 4 of Distance Marketing of Financial Services Directive, paragraph 5 is replaced by the following:
‘5. Where Payment Services Directive (PSD2) of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *1 ) is also applicable, the information provisions under Article 3(1) of this Directive, with the exception of points (2)(c) to (g), (3)(a), (d) and (e), and (4)(b), shall be replaced with Articles 44, 45, 51 and 52 of Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
