Amendment to Directive 2013/36/EU
In Annex I to Capital Requirements Directive (CRD IV), point (4) is replaced by the following:
‘(4) Payment services as defined in point (3) of Article 4 of Payment Services Directive (PSD2) of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *8 );
