Regulation (EU) 2014/910 · Explains Art. 22, 27, 28 +12 · EN/DE/FR

(71) In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission, in particular for specifying reference numbers of standards the use of which would raise a presumption of compliance with certain requirements laid down in this Regulation. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Comitology Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council .
