(5) The processing of personal electronic health data is subject to the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies, of EU Institutions Data Protection Regulation (EUDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council . References to the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) should be understood also as references to the corresponding provisions of EU Institutions Data Protection Regulation (EUDPR) for Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies, where relevant.
