Amendments to Directive 2000/31/EC
1. Articles 12 to 15 of E-Commerce Directive are deleted.
2. References to Articles 12 to 15 of E-Commerce Directive shall be construed as references to Articles 4, 5, 6 and 8 of this Regulation, respectively.
