Article 6
Observations on preliminary findings
The addressee of preliminary findings pursuant to Article 34(1) of Digital Markets Act may, within the time-limit set by the Commission pursuant to Article 34(2) of that Regulation, succinctly and in accordance with the format and length requirements for documents set out in Annex II to this Regulation, inform the Commission of its views in writing and submit evidence in support thereof. The Commission shall not be obliged to take account of written submissions received after the expiry of that time-limit.
