(24) The underlying task of ENISA is to promote the consistent implementation of the relevant legal framework, in particular the effective implementation of NIS Directive (Network and Information Security) and other relevant legal instruments containing cybersecurity aspects, which is essential to increasing cyber resilience. In light of the fast evolving cyber threat landscape, it is clear that Member States have to be supported by more comprehensive, cross-policy approach to building cyber resilience.
