Information
Member States shall take appropriate measures to inform consumers and traders of the national provisions transposing this Directive and shall, where appropriate, encourage traders and code owners as defined in point (g) of Article 2 of Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, to inform consumers of their codes of conduct.
